About Degrees of Transition

Degrees of Transition LLC teaches young adults to thrive in the workplace, and adapt to the transition from student to professional. We focus on the skills that are necessary for succesful onboarding. This means developing new skills, acquiring new confidence, practicing new poise, and integrating with the new culture.

Our mission is to prepare young adults to engage in professional work with confidence and competence, thereby providing a competitive advantage to them, and their employers. We are passionate about creating the opportunity for young adults to be prepared, self-assured and intentional as they embark on the professional journey!

In the spirit of creating an inclusive community committed to addressing the issue of workforce Readiness, Degrees of Transition has formed advisory groups of key stakeholders, including:
